David Glynn

President/CEO

David has been involved in the surface preparation industry for nearly 15 years.  His father, Bill Glynn Sr., was the founder of SAWTEC, Inc., the company that revolutionized the concrete grinding and cutting industry with the introduction of dust-free vacuum systems.  David worked in manufacturing, repair, and research and development for the unique equipment all through high school and college.  After college David became a salesman for Blastrac, the world leader in shotblasting equipment.  This is where he learned the science of shotblasting.

George Simonian

Vice President

George has been in the surface preparation industry for nearly 15 years also.  While attending college he worked at Sawtec in manufacturing, repair, R&D, and sales.  When Sawtec and Blastrac merged, he quickly learned everything there is to know about successful concrete surface preparation.  George then worked as a project manager for a well known shotblasting company in the Northeast US.  George ran many successful jobs in the Boston, New York City, and New Jersey area before coming on as a partner at FCF.
